Salt


Salt has many functions other than programming the body's water content. Here is additional functions of salt that is very important to the body:


1) can be used to relieve 'asthma' by putting a little on the tongue after drinking one or two glasses of water.

2) Salt is useful for sleep regulation. It is natural way to feel comfort. When you drink a full glass of water, then put some salt on your tongue and let it so, you will sleep with the naturally. Do not put salt on your tongue if you not drink the water. The overuse of salt 
cause nose bleeds.

3) Salt is very important in the treatment of diabetes. It will help reduce the sugar in the blood and reduce the dependency on insulin, especially to those who have to inject the chemicals to balance the sugar levels in their blood. Water and salt will reduce the rate of injury
side effects associated with diabetes.

4) Salt is needed to prevent muscle cramps.
